Thank you so much to all those who came out for Empty Bowls NE - Minneapolis !!!
What a day! Sheridan Neighborhood Organization was overwhelmed with the community love and support at the 7th Annual Empty Bowls Northeast Minneapolis !!! Together we were able to raise $13,332.75 to fight food insecurity in our Northeast community! This includes $896.50 going to Edison High School to their ceramics department to continue teaching students about making bowls for future events while learning about food insecurity in their community. The rest of the funds will be divided between East Side Neighborhood Services Senior Food shelf, Every Meal and SNO Community Donation Garden!
We could not have done this with out the love and support of our dedicated volunteers and our amazing restaurants!
